If I am not mistaken you are either a US Coast Guard pilot or
a commercial pilot (hum the former, the latter is a Kolb jet
jockey in Florida, forgive me for the confusion earlier).
To fly a twin engine experimental in the US you need to have
a twin rating, is that correct? [ Far 103 > 254 lbs.]

I am very eager to get my bird back in the air I have a few
minor things to do, its a case of materials and time.
